Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A commercially minded and professional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office which is a short distance from Southwark station.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor shall work on a nice array of commercial (cut & carve, offices, work places) and residential projects, where you will provide a traditional quantity surveying role, pre and post contract.

The intermediate Quantity Surveyor will initially start by supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor before carry out work independently.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

• PQS / Cost Management background
• Working towards your APC diary
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Commercial sector experience would be preferable
