The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing sales team. The Internal Account Manager r ole involves managing key accounts, liaising with the business development team to nurture relationships, and ensuring the company remains the go-to provider for clients. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing quotes, and consistently staying in touch with clients to ensure their needs are met.
This role plays a critical part in freeing up time for the business development team, allowing them to focus on bringing in new business and continuing the companys expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales leads from key accounts
Take ownership of closing your own deals
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Follow up on quotes and maintain consistent client communication
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts via phone and email
Keep clients updated on delivery schedules and lead times
Contribute ideas to enhance team performance and drive business growth
Requirements Skills & Experience
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in office and phone communication
Benefits Salary £30,000- £35,000
