**What You Will Do:**
- Proactively manage an existing customer base, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Develop and enhance long-term, profitable business relationships with strategic accounts.
- Analyse customer needs to promote repeat and new sales, while negotiating with suppliers for effective procurement.
- Competitively quote products within the portfolio, ensuring follow-ups and securing sales.
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to promote the full product range.
- Utilise CRM systems diligently for accurate management, maintenance, and reporting of leads, orders, and data.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven experience in a Sales/Account Management function, with a high degree of customer focus.
- Ability to organise a large workload, demonstrating resilience in facing everyday challenges.
- Experience with CRM systems, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Desirable: Commercial experience in the manufacture and/or distribution of electromechanical components.
