Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

Location: London

Working style: Hybrid

Salary: �60k-�70k

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing internal audit engagements, assessing the effectiveness of controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the Capital Markets division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements within the Capital Markets division, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or similar.
• Experience in internal audit, with a focus on Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, processes, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
