Internal Communications Executive

Morgan McKinley Sussex has a lovely opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Exec to work for a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. We have an Internal Communications Exec role which will be working on a permanent hybrid basis, supporting the Internal Comms Manager with creating engaging and inspiring communications to support the company's Internal Communications strategy.

Salary: up to �28K + excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid working - 2-3 days office

Hours: 35 hour working week

Internal Communications duties:

• Support the Internal Communications Manager in the delivery of the annual internal communications plan
• Conduct research and analysis to contribute to the employee engagement strategy
• Support with the design, development and delivery of engaging communications to the target audience
• Be a key point of contact for all employee communication queries
• Manage the day to day running of the internal intranet
• Utilising technical skills to create and support the production of communication correspondence
• Support the health and wellbeing initiatives

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in communications, marketing - Internal Communications type role
• Ability to demonstrate creative writing skills, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
