, fostering a culture that adapts to customer needs and strategic goals. Your role involves crafting and implementing strategies that engage our global workforce, foster belonging, and uphold our mission. Central to this is infusing customer-centricity into our culture and ensuring coherence between internal and external messaging.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with our strategic priorities, synergize with our external communication efforts, and embed a customer-centric approach. Crafting clear, resonant messaging that strengthens our employees' connection to our mission and values.
Collaborating closely with our strategy team and leadership to define focus areas, align messaging and ensure consistent communication throughout the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, connecting with colleagues across STMJ and providing insights on effective communication principles and practices. Collaborating with our Global Internal Communications team to align strategically and help amplify companywide messages.
Developing and implementing innovative internal engagement
meetings
and campaigns which will inform, resonate with, and inspire our people
in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders
. This includes
MeetUps
,
GetTogethers
, newsletters, video updates, announcements, project updates, success
stories etc.
Leading the development of our intranet presence, ensuring it serves as
an
engaging and
centralized hub for information
and
resources
.
Enhancing employee engagement and information
dissemination and
creating a sense of belonging in line with our overall communication strategy. Collaborating closely with colleagues to implement and evolve
our
intranet pages.
Establishing key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts. Regularly assessing and reporting on the impact of communication strategies and adjusting tactics as needed based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Have proven experience in internal corporate communications, or related roles.
Have a degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.
Be proficient in digital communication tools and platforms.
Have great analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Have exceptional organizational and project management skills.
