The successful candidate will have capacity to be creative & with support from a 50 person strong digital, marketing & design team the resource to own the IC strategy & brand story. /p p br /p p Responsibilities include: /p p br /p p • Collaborating on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy. /p p • Cultivating an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication. /p p • Advocating the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensuring consistent brand usage. /p p • Continuously assessing the performance of our internal communications. /p p • Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels. /p p • Implementing, developing, and overseeing internal communication activities and initiatives. /p p • Managing and moderating engagement on our internal HR platform. /p p • Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity. /p p br /p p The role benefits from home working once a week and works closely with the Owner, the CMO & the Head of Brand.
