We're seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to be the voice behind our clients' vibrant workplace.
As part of the People Function, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their employees stay informed, inspired, and aligned.
Who You Are:
You've worked in i nt ernal communications for at least 3 years , ideally in the broadcasting, tech or retail space - supporting a HR function
You generate innovative ideas and anticipate needs.
Building relationships and working effectively with others is your superpower.
You get things done and hold yourself to high standards.
Juggling tasks? No problem!
Your written and verbal skills are top-notch.
Happy to be on site full time as there is no homeworking available for this role
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute an internal HR communications strategy that resonates with their employee brand and philosophy. From events to DEI initiatives, you'll keep their people in the loop.
