With a focus on content generation, the role holder will play an important role in ensuring the company culture is aligned with the organisation\\\'s mission, goals and values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Maintains the internal editorial calendar, authors articles and supports subject-matter experts in producing communications material. * Manages the internal elements of communications cascades, ensuring that key external and internal announcements are appropriately communicated to the business.* Drives the continuous improvement of the intranet and serves as the company point of contact for departmental and project pages.* Manages the fortnightly internal news digest.* Supports content generation and creation (including banners, tiles and digital signage), working with the Digital Communications Specialist. * Advises and supports key internal functions - particularly the HR team and social committees - to communicate updates to the business.* Leverages opportunities that could be used for external engagement where appropriate.* Generates employee-focused content ideas for inclusion on Immunocore\\\'s social media accounts and website.* Works closely with agencies and the Communications year-in-industry placement student on internal projects, overseeing their output.* Other duties commensurate with the role.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Essential Qualifications: * Educated to degree-level in communications, marketing or an associated subject. Preferred Qualifications and/or Experience: * Familiar with working in a mid-sized (c. 500 employees) company, particularly in biotechnology or scientific research sectors. Experience* 2 to 5 years of internal communications work. OTHER* Copywriting ability and a solid grasp of grammar. * An outside-of-the-box thinker able to turn ideas into real activities. * Ability to juggle the longer-term, \\\'big picture\\\' objectives with immediate deliverables. * Project management expertise, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and an adaptable approach to changing circumstances.* A team-oriented mentality with the ability to work autonomously. * Confident expressing ideas and the thinking behind them, as well as challenging other perspectives. * An inquisitive personality, always seeking more information and eager to build a more comprehensive understanding.* The interview process will include a short written assessment.
