About the Role:

Job&Talent is recruiting an Internal Communications Specialist on behalf of an innovative organisation operating in the sustainable technology and mobility sector. In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal communications, ensuring that employees and leadership remain engaged, informed, and aligned with the organisation's goals and priorities. You'll create compelling content and deliver key messages across various communication channels to maximise clarity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned with the company's goals and values.
• Create messaging frameworks to effectively communicate key initiatives, updates, and achievements.
• Adapt strategies to engage employees at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leadership.

Content Creation and Delivery:

• Plan, write, and deliver engaging internal communications materials such as newsletters, leadership updates, presentations, and video scripts.
• Develop clear and positive narratives to highlight organisational milestones, culture, and progress.
• Use platforms such as email, intranet, Slack, and town halls to ensure messages are delivered effectively and consistently.

Message Impact and Clarity:

• Create concise, engaging materials, including weekly updates, presentation slides, and executive summaries, tailored for different audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure transparent, consistent messaging that fosters trust and alignment across the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in internal communications, project communications, or a similar role.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and positive messages.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Mailchimp, or other relevant platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt communication style to resonate with diverse audiences and platforms.
• Experience managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
