Location: Nuneaton
Remuneration: Up to £24,000 + Bonus, Circa £250 per month

The role of the Internal Sales Coordinator – Concrete Lintels / Fencing Posts will involve:

• Selling a range of pre cast concrete lintels, fence posts and concrete T-beams


• Selling into national and independent builders merchants, merchant buying groups as well as large fencing contractors


• Deal with incoming enquiries via telephone & email


• Produce quotes for customers and follow them up in a prompt manner


• Pass leads onto the external sales team where necessary


• Assist the wider sales team with general administration


• Upsell & cross selling where possible and promoting the whole range of products


• Updating the CRM system and utilising Barbour ABI leads

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Coordinator – Concrete Lintels / Fencing Posts with:

• Must have office experience, ideally sales but would consider; sales support, customer service, administration, telesales


• Must have experience talking to customers on the telephone


• Ideally will have experience with building, concrete or fencing products


• Exceptional telephone manner and experience of cold calling


• Tenacious, hungry and ambitious personality


• Excellent organisational skills


• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team


• IT Literate
