Internal Sales and Marketing Manager | Great Malvern – Office based| Full Time | £40,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning the promotion of the company’s products, brand and services to help them grow.

Duties will include overseeing the company’s marketing activities and brand awareness as well as developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.

Are you the right person for the job?


  • Degree in Sales, Marketing a related field or strong relevant experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and delivering sales growth results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train team members to improve sales performance and meet targets
  • Proficiency with HubSpot marketing suite
  • Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the market
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools is an asset

What will your role look like?


  • Lead and manage sales representatives to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to support broader business objectives
  • Analyse sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
  • Work with external marketing agents to continually improve all our interactive channels and increase customer acquisition
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels
  • Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints
  • Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company
  • Report to the Management Team trends, campaigns and general marketing activity of the Company. Showing improvements in campaigns whilst keeping within budgetary constraints
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships through marketing campaigns and events to create new opportunities for the Company
