Our Client, a Leading Telecoms Company, Seeks an Internal Sales Assistant!

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in processing orders, upselling products, and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll do:
- Process inbound orders, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Manage deliveries through our extensive supplier network, negotiating cost savings.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries and potential order issues.
- Proactively contact past customers to rekindle business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Sales experience (preferred) or a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
