The duties of an Internal Sales Coordinator are:
- Deal with customer queries via telephone and email
- Providing customer quotations
- Calling customers to generate new business
- Understanding the customer needs and requirements
- Liaising with customers to convert quotations to orders
- Raising customer orders in the CRM system
The ideal Internal Sales Coordinator will be:
- An excellent communicator
- Experienced in managing customer accounts
- Possess great customer service skills and the ability to build rapport
- Have a confident telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Proactive and confident
This a full time, permanent position and is fully office based.�
