I am excited to be working with a manufacturing client supporting them with their search for an Internal Sales Coordinator!��



The duties of an Internal Sales Coordinator are:




  • Deal with customer queries via telephone and email

  • Providing customer quotations

  • Calling customers to generate new business

  • Understanding the customer needs and requirements

  • Liaising with customers to convert quotations to orders

  • Raising customer orders in the CRM system



The ideal Internal Sales Coordinator will be:




  • An excellent communicator

  • Experienced in managing customer accounts

  • Possess great customer service skills and the ability to build rapport

  • Have a confident telephone manner

  • Highly organised

  • Proactive and confident



This a full time, permanent position and is fully office based.�
