Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Baston, Lincolnshire
Hours: (Apply online only) Minday to Friday
Salary up to 28K depending on experience + Bonus
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role, demonstrating proven success with a diverse range of customers, including both B2B and B2C. You should have experience managing sales pipelines using a CRM system and possess a self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build strong business relationships. The candidate should have a professional and polite telephone manner, with experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls. Additionally, you must be capable of multitasking, prioritising, and managing time effectively, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail. A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets is crucial for this role
· Monitor and respond to inquiries received through both the @sales and personal inbox.
· Create accurate quotations based on customer specifications.
· Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
· Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
· Accurately record customer quotations in the ERP system.
· Follow up on all customer quotations via telephone within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
· Stay informed about product knowledge and industry news/trends to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls to prospective customers.
· Prioritise workload and manage the quote-to-sale pipeline effectively, in line with individual KPIs and overall targets.
· Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments, collaborating closely to achieve the company's goals
