A growing mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business is looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join their successful team in Walthamstow.

Role Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:

  • Learn and understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the company's products.
  • Build strong relationships with B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, converting leads and quotes into firm orders.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads.
