Internal Sales Executive

Role: Internal Sales Executive�

Location: Bridgend�

Salary: �28k - �35k�

We are working with a nationwide business that is looking to strengthen its customer service and account management by adding an internal sales executive to manage inbound emails, calls from current customers.�

Processing requests for quotes, dealing with queries and providing all round support to the customer is the top priority for this role, some experience in the merchant/wholesale sectors would be a good background for this role.�

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking enquiries over the phone working to find the sales solution


• Work with customers and internal teams to provide solutions


• Cross sell and up sell company products to all customers


• Processing quotations & sales orders


• Workings closely with a large customer base, ensuring orders are completed accurately


• Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and re-activating dormant accounts, plus cold calling potential new customers


• Assist on the trade counter


• Drive sales to reach sales targets

Skills & Personality Required:

• Previous sales experience is a must for this role, face to face or over the phone


• Electrical knowledge is desirable


• Great Communication skills


• Used to negotiating prices with customers and suppliers


• Positive and energetic individual used to working with computer systems
