We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling maintenance contracts and spare parts to our extensive customer base. This is an office-based role where you'll be handling a high volume of inbound customer interactions, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
BASIC SALARY: £25,400 - £28,000
BENEFITS:
· OTE: £31,000 - £34,000
· Commission: £3,000 p.a. on-target earnings (paid monthly in arrears)
· End of year bonus: £3,000 for 100% achievement of company targets (pro-rata)
· 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays - pro-rata)
· Life assurance (3x base salary)
· Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months

As our Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing customer accounts and selling our service offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Sales Executive, Sales Administrator
· Proactively selling maintenance contracts and spare parts, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and achieving sales targets.
· Preparing and managing quotations, logging orders in the CRM, and coordinating spare parts shipments.
· Building strong client relationships, assisting with service needs, and providing after-sales support.
· Maintaining CRM records, tracking sales performance, and providing reports on key accounts.
· Negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines to secure new and repeat business.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive, Sales Administrator
You will have:
· A strong sales and communication skillset, with a proven ability to close deals.
· A confident telephone manner, especially when making outbound cold calls.
· A proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a history of achieving targets.
· Excellent questioning and negotiation skills.
· Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
· A high level of attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
