What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop an internal sales team, driving performance and results.
• Manage sales strategies, pipeline, and customer interactions to achieve growth targets.
• Provide first-level technical support and assist customers in selecting the right products.
• Work closely with external teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee CRM and sales reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Enhance processes, implement improvements, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales leadership within the Manufacturing, Construction or Engineering.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in specification selling and distribution.
• Proven ability to manage CRM/ERP systems and improve internal sales processes.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
