The Role As an Internal Salesperson, you will be an integral part of the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve: Working within the branch to maximise sales opportunities. Expanding the customer base by identifying and developing new accounts. Ensuring that customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar phone-based sales or customer service role. They will also possess: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of people. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent organisation skills.
