Internal Sales Representative

Ashton Recruitment require an Internal Sales Representative for our client based in Craigavon. Position: Internal Sales Representative Location: Craigavon Duration: Permanent Rate of Pay: £26,000-£28,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday - Friday Duties include (but not limited to): Making outbound sales calls Processing sales orders on the CRM system. Answering specific inbound customer enquiries. Monitoring Live Chat system. Upsell customers Work closely with the external sales team to track, assign and qualify leads Essential Criteria: Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to provide top level customer service Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues A desire for continuous personal and professional development Profession and friendly telephone manner Motivated to find solutions for customer Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English Language) Previous experience in a customer service role Be computer literate (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Agency Skills: Upselling Outbound calling Processing orders customer service
