Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from new customers and proactively make outbound business development calls.
- Verify customer details and price services accordingly.
- Process new contracts, schedule services, and renewals.
- Maintain the CRM sales database throughout the sales process.
- Create quotes, proposals, and contractual agreements.
- Process rebates for customers and other accounts.
- Arrange subcontract work and maintain subcontractor records.
- Review and reconcile client accounts, including credit control.
- Provide detailed reports to customers on a regular basis.
- Keep all Sales Department documents up-to-date and accurate.
The role is a Hybrid Role in Sittingbourne, Kent.
