Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from new customers and proactively make outbound business development calls.


• Verify customer details and price services accordingly.


• Process new contracts, schedule services, and renewals.


• Maintain the CRM sales database throughout the sales process.


• Create quotes, proposals, and contractual agreements.


• Process rebates for customers and other accounts.


• Arrange subcontract work and maintain subcontractor records.


• Review and reconcile client accounts, including credit control.


• Provide detailed reports to customers on a regular basis.


• Keep all Sales Department documents up-to-date and accurate.

The role is a Hybrid Role in Sittingbourne, Kent.
