Job Title: Internal Sales Supervisor

Location: Wolverhampton

Contract Type: Temporary To Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm, 30-minute lunch break.

Hourly Rate: �16.83 per hour.

Our client, a leading company in the Wolverhampton area, is seeking an Internal Sales Supervisor to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of 3 internal sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor the performance of the team, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional development.
• Report to management team on daily/weekly targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
• Entering orders onto Sage.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
• Working closely with the team, so confident communication is key.
• Dealing with queries via phone/email, and able to balance effectively managing people.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable within a fast-paced environment.
