• Manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients.


• Coordinate sales activities and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.


• Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.


• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales progress.


• Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals.


• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

• Proven experience as an Internal Sales Coordinator or similar role.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
