Role: Internal Technical Sales – Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Thurston, Bury St.Edmunds, Newmarket, Thetford, Stowmarket, Diss Salary/Package: Up to £40,000 Basic + 1-3% Commission + 25 Days Holiday and BH + Pension – Max Contribution Salary Sacrifice 7.5% Employee 10% + Life Assurance

The Role:


  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, developing a strong pipeline of new revenue opportunities across Europe
  • Conduct research to identify and pre-qualify potential customers, initiating contact through various communication channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, moving qualified leads through the pipeline and connecting them with appropriate sales experts when needed
  • Present company products and capabilities effectively, developing and maintaining good customer relationships to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to maximise lead generation and prospect conversion, while continually updating product and application knowledge

Desired Experience/Qualifications:


  • Technical Qualifications across Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical Sales
  • 2+ Years in Sales – New Business, Key Account management or a mix of Both
  • Good experience in Communication, Customer Service, Verbal & Written skills.
  • Passionate, Driven and Independant
