With locations in West Hollywood, New York and their new London Pimlico showroom, it is a great time to join a fast growing and dynamic company.Position summary:The position will oversee sales growth within the A&D community, concentrating on fostering strong connections with clients in London/surrounding home counties and Europe. In this capacity, the successful candidate will contribute to the expansion of a fast growing boutique brand, collaborating with a dedicated and strategic team. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in advancing territory sales by utilising sales prospects, enhancing current business relationships, and establishing new and long lasting connections through exemplary customer service.Key Responsibilities:Actively engage with the A&D community to generate new business opportunities.Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster repeat and referral business, aligning with long-term sales objectives.Engage in frequent travel, accounting for over 50% of your working hours, to fulfil business expansionArrange product presentations for design firms, conducting client meetings in both showroom settings and designers’ offices to educate them about their product range and tailored services.Contribute to their expanding market presence within designated territories across the UK, adhering to company guidelines.Exceed monthly sales targets individually, while also representing the company at various industry events.Skills / Requirements:Degree (B.A. / B.S.) preferably in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in luxury sales within A&D industry with a proven track recordExcellent communication and networking skillStrong existing relationships within A&D communityExperience in creative support and development for custom/bespoke order with clientsKnowledge of industry trends and a natural aesthetic appreciation/ eyeOrganisational skillsStrong multitasker
