Working exclusively with a global asset management firm who are looking for an International Corporate Tax Manager to join their tax team in Central London. Managing tax integration of newly acquired entities globally Oversight of UK and International tax compliance obligations Overseeing Transfer pricing process and management of documentation Supporting on M&A transactions Management and implementation of Pillar 2 reporting Supporting Head of Tax of Group tax risks and governance framework including SAO, CCO and tax policy.
