Managing tax integration of newly acquired entities globally Oversight of UK and International tax compliance obligations Overseeing Transfer pricing process and management of documentation Supporting on M&A transactions Management and implementation of Pillar 2 reporting Supporting Head of Tax of Group tax risks and governance framework including SAO, CCO and tax policy.
