Job Title: International Institutional Relationship Manager (Maternity Cover)Role Overview: A prestigious global asset manager seeks a proactive and client-focused Institutional Relationship Manager for a fixed-term maternity in their London office. This crucial role involves maintaining and expanding their global client base, particularly institutional clients in the UK, Europe, and APAC regions, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and sub-advised funds.Responsibilities:Manage the overall client experience at the highest level.Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional, prompt service.Engage regularly with key client stakeholders and influencers.Provide access to a suite of institutional investment strategies and insights.Maintain expert knowledge of investment strategies and market trends.Discuss investment performance and market dynamics with clients.Coordinate effective client meetings and consultations with the investment team.Record client interactions in Salesforce and report engagement metrics.Collaborate with Relationship Associate teams on operational and administrative tasks.Guide new client onboarding processes with relevant internal departments.Partner with clients and internal teams to fulfill due diligence requests.Address client issues promptly, involving escalation procedures if necessary.Work with the Consultant Relations team to develop new client opportunities.Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with our core values.Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred.5+ years of experience in a similar role and industry.Expertise in managing complex institutional client relationships.Familiarity with institutional asset owners and investment consultants.Proven ability to build relationships with sophisticated institutional investors.Strategic thinker with adaptability and a team-oriented focus.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent client service ethic and relationship management skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to professional development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Salesforce or another CRM platform
