Job Title: International Knowledge Transfer Project Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Salary: From £60,350 depending on skills and experience plus executive level benefits and relocation package available
What youll be doing:
Manage project responsibilities to enable the successful operation of a strategically important international programme
Coordination and management of International Knowledge Transfer Activities, including Workshops, and Embedments
Managing senior level engagements with international partners and BAES business seniors
Recruit and grow an internal team and manage personnel, and network with many departments and personnel, to deliver the programme
Formulate policies and develop project plans with full management authority
Your skills and experiences:
Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)
Demonstrates good awareness of commercial practices within own project area
Developed communication and diplomacy skills. Able to persuade and influence internal & external stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience with strong capability
Membership of APM (or member of an equivalent professional institution or association)

The International Exchange team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Exchange Team supporting the SSNA Programme. You will lead a team in the identification and delivery of International Knowledge transfer activities. This new team will also join a larger group that covers multiple international exchange programmes. You will help form a dynamic new team where you can help define ways of working and have the opportunity to engage with international partners as well as the wider business.
