Overview:The Marketing Manager at Hairburst will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with a holistic approach to marketing, capable of managing a diverse team of Marketing Executives. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and PR activities, ensuring these areas are effectively integrated into the broader marketing strategy.Key Skills:3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and public relations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Genuine interest in wellness, health, and nutrition. Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments within the industry.Proactive and result-oriented, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimising spending to maximise ROI.Main Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Executives responsible for different markets.Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support.Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Hairburst's brand vision and business goals.Utilise a holistic approach to integrate various marketing channels, including social, influencers, retails and media.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Influencer Marketing:Oversee the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.Improve end-to-end influencer onboarding, briefing processes, and tools, emphasising data tracking, measurement, and scalability.Support planning and managing events such as press gatherings, influencer meetups, and customer events to generate buzz and drive engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the cross functional teams to align marketing initiatives with campaigns and product launches.Collaborate marketing team to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Monitor expenses and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending.Reporting and Analysis:Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing highlighting key insights and recommendations.Salary 45k + dependant on skillset and experience.
