The chance to lead international negotiations.
For a very agile and dynamic manufacturer and market leader in the North West, we are recruiting an
International Procurement
Manager
to drive purchasing efficiencies.
Main responsibilities:
Working closely with the Managing Director, international project engineers and operations teams, the International Procurement Manager will be driving strategies for the improved efficiency of procurement practices across
European
sites.
You will manage
global supplier relationships
and leverage international sourcing to optimise costs and quality, ensuring regional compliance for each site.
You will coordinate logistics and supply chain activities between the UK and France manufacturing sites, collaborating with logistics partners to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
As International Procurement Manager, you will manage the
French and UK supply chain
team, with some regular travel to
France .
The candidate profile:
ESSENTIAL:
Multinational /
global procurement
/ supply chain experience
French language skills - minimum
intermediate , willingness to develop.
International relations and
cultural differences
exposure.
DESIRABLE:
Manufacturing
industry background.
Management / leadership experience.
Structures and process building.
Agile
SME
experience.
