Contract Scotland was established to redefine recruitment and set a new standard, to challenge how the recruitment industry works.
We don’t work to a traditional target and commission model, which gives us the unique ability to provide our customers with an objective and transparent service that delivers true value and lasting impact to their lives and businesses.
Our international business was created in 2010 to supply staff to the construction, engineering & property industry outwith Scotland & the UK. Within that remit, our primary location focus is currently Australia, but we also work with employers in Canada, New Zealand, the Middle East, and elsewhere.

We have a massive opportunity to use our existing reputation & network (painstakingly built over the last 35 years) to expand/build on our work internationally and this role will put you at the centre of it. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Director with over 18 years experience in recruitment across Scotland/the UK and overseas.
To be successful, you’ll need to be a proficient recruiter (you might currently be in a Senior/Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, or similar role), ideally with both previous experience in international recruitment, and a passion for it. Experience in the construction or engineering sphere would be an advantage.
Your role will be pretty varied, but will definitely need you to;
Given the nature of international recruitment (different timezones etc), some flexibility will be required to react to the requirements of our customers
