Industry experience is advantageous. /p p strong Main Duties: /strong /p p Support staff by handling escalated complaints via email or telephone, managing all aspects from cause to resolution. /p p Keep records of complaints and their causes. /p p Monitor and respond to online and email reviews appropriately. /p p Coordinate files. /p p Assist customers through their move, ensuring a smooth process. /p p Address queries and complaints, answering questions as needed. /p p Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. /p p Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements. /p p Liaise with various departments to ensure prompt and effective complaint resolution. /p p Prepare regular reports on complaint trends and resolutions. /p p Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services. /p p Assist in training new staff on complaint handling procedures. /p p strong Required Skills: /strong /p p Strong customer service skills. /p p Complaint Handing. /p p Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /p p Experience within the Removals industry is highly beneficial. /p p Good problem-solving skills. /p
