International Sales Development Executive (SDE/SDR) - Bilingual
This is a fantastic role in the International Sales Team of a global company.
You will be driving growth to the business in Europe and beyond. As an Internal Sales Development Executive, you will own and manage a portfolio of tier 3 International accounts/geographies, leading proactive sales actions and becoming the lead contact for these accounts. Also, identifying, and driving opportunities for growth, building strong relationships and managing their needs from end to end.

Reporting to: Head of International Sales
Work style: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x work-from-home - subject to operational requirements and effective after the initial onboarding process )
Location: Dartford
Working hours: Full time Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:30pm
Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum (Potential to earn a target related bonus of up to £7,500 per annum in addition to the base salary)
Required Languages: Fluent English plus either French, Spanish, German or Italian
This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional with some sales experience. This can be on cold calling, tele-sales or customer service, but it must be someone Sales focused and commercially aware who has great telephone manners and can communicate effectively via email. If you have had previous export or international sales experience it would be a great plus, but not essential.
This is the perfect role for a proactive self-starter who can confidently build relationships with customers and establish a strong collaborative network with internal colleagues and UK based distribution partners to develop the sales pipeline for the tier 3 international customers/geographies. A quick learner with a can-do attitude, you will display the gravitas and understanding of the sales pipeline to ensure a constant funnel of sales and be an expert on account management and processes in the export environment.
In addition to proactive sales, the role is required to deliver end to end service to the customer, including full order processing and management, complaint handling, first line technical support data input management and export documentation processing, proactively keeping your accounts informed and satisfied.
