International Study Programme Manager
(full-time/flexible)
This role is an exciting, client facing position and is perfect for someone with great communication, organizational and analytical skills. We are looking for someone with a passion for business and travel and an enthusiasm for communicating with people from around the world.
Your key responsibilities are assisting in the design of international study programs and conferences, mainly for business school and corporate groups to over 58 destinations around the world. Under direction from the Managing Director and the Director of Programme Design you will assist the project team to ensure that the highest levels of programme design and execution are provided to our clients through an academically rich and enjoyable programme. The position is a start-up position with opportunities for promotion to manager level. We offer a relaxed, friendly and flexible environment.

You will be specifically working with a portfolio of partners within the tertiary education (MBA) space.
Key Responsibilities of the International Study Programme Manager:
Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking and work with our Managing Director to interpret client briefs into a compelling proposals with a content strategy for each programme.
Project Management – project manage multiple programmes simultaneously and across multiple geographical destinations.
Conduct quality research that will deliver the right content proposition for the programmes.
Work to build industry relationships and partnerships in support of future programmes and event goals
Speaker acquisition life cycle - identify, invite, confirm and manage speakers and company meetings throughout the process (could be both speakers for live events and digital content)
On the ground support - ultimate planning, production and delivery of our programmes
Work closely with our logistics and accommodation teams to ensure smooth delivery and coordinated events
Essential skills for this role:
An undergraduate degree in business and a keen passion to learn about global business dynamics
Demonstrable experience in research, analysis and copywriting
An interest in business and the global geo-political environment is a must, as is an entrepreneurial spirit, a readiness to take responsibility for your work and, of course, great communication skills
Commercially competent, creative with the ability to work across industries and within budgets
Experience of working to agreed targets and deadlines
Experience of using online communication platforms such as zoom and MS Teams
Experience using MS programmes (Word, PPT, Excel)
Evidence of being a strong team player with the ability to be flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment
Be someone with the ability to identify new and interesting business trends
Happy to travel internationally as needed
Excellent command of English in the written and spoken word.Additional language would be an advantage but is not essential
Full time position with 3 months probationary period.
Approx Pay: £31,398.00-£35,583.00 per year depending on experience and skill set
