The International Tax Manager will be involved in and responsible for supporting and driving tax compliance across the group of 8 operating assets and several holding companies in various locations, providing broad exposure to the full scope of the business. This is a newly created commercial role, recognising the evolving tax compliance requirements across the group. The role will require somebody able to cover multiple areas of tax, including Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, Transfer Pricing, OECD compliance and global tax structuring. The International Tax Manager is a newly created super commercial and dynamic role and will have responsibility for reporting and filings for the firms HoldCo s, as well as for supporting the various OpCo s across the group. This will include responsibility for preparation and maintenance of tax documentation at a HoldCo level and supporting development of this across the group. The tax manager will also take prime responsibility for interactions with and reporting to, the Company s listed shareholders, on all tax related matters. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, management of: IFRS Tax reporting and quarterly global review Transfer Pricing and documentation BEPS / Pillar II / CbCR develop initial structures and continued compliance across group Group wide ad hoc support Legal structuring considerations / M&A Handling any tax audits / investigations across the group Projects / systems / ad-hoc support as needed Experience: 5+ years experience working in international Tax. ACA and orCTA qualified (or equivalent / commensurate experience). Tax Specific IFRS technical knowledge. Big 4/top 10 experience is desirable. Experience of working with various cultures across different countries.
