RSR Public Safety are currently recruiting for a permanent Interview Supervisor for a client based in Twickenham, West London.
Job Summary:
Provide management and leadership to the process of interviewing applicants for visa and citizenship programmes. Ensure the ethical delivery of optimum results in accordance with FACT’s defined objectives. Assist in maintaining the established interview process, recruiting and training staff, and improving processes and techniques to produce the highest quality results in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Develop documentation to record the interview process and assist in ongoing development. Enhance and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners. Provide technical and operational support to new business opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities
Manage the interview process from inception to conclusion
Manage staff workloads and ensure timescales are set and adhered to
Line management of Interviewers and administration staff
Apprise the Investigations Manager and COO as to the progress of the interview process and other relevant company business matters
Ensure that all interviews are logged and invoiced correctly and that data is collated and managed in accordance with data protection and GDPR
Produce regular management performance data
Assist in promoting FACT’s services to current and potential markets and clients
Manage personnel issues within the Interview team
Manage staffing levels
Ensure staff are recruited, trained and technically skilled to the standard required
Person Specification
Previous experience of planning and conducting investigative based interviews
Mid-level leadership and management experience
Ability to work to deadlines with high volumes of work
Experience in investigations, intelligence analysis, OSINT methods, and other physical and online tools and techniques
Excellent written and communication skills
Integrity, impartiality and demonstrable good judgment
Energy, drive and resilience
Previous experience of Due Diligence is desirable
