We are on the lookout for a skilled and analytical Inventory Controller to join our client's team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing inventory processes to ensure optimal stock levels and efficiency across production and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee material and inventory requirements to align with production demands and operational goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct risk assessments and analyse performance data to identify trends and potential issues in inventory management.
  • Stock Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies for stocking and replenishment to ensure efficiency and minimize excess inventory.
  • Supplier Coordination: Engage with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and address any supply-related issues.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement solutions to enhance inventory processes and reduce associated costs.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management, including stock accuracy and delivery performance.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, including proficiency with stock control systems, data analysis, and supplier relationship management.
