A leading small to mid European mid cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team.The fund has been established a number of years and has made a series of very successful investments in European businesses across a range of sectors. They are a generalist investor looking for well managed and already successful businesses.The role:Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making processOrigination of new deals in European businessesPerforming commercial and financial due diligence; building financial modelsWorking on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisorsPortfolio Management workThey are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:Investment professionals from other private equity fundsAssociates from investment banksGreat deal experienceThe role is probably suited to someone with 4-6 years work experience
