Investment Associate - Financial and Business Services Focus - European private equity fund (private

We are now working with a mid market private equity fund.The fund has an exceptional track record in investing and exiting stakes in very successful companies.They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team. The role will work on investing across all sectors, although they would prefer someone with experience in the broad financial services or business services sector.Full involvement in all aspects of the investment processSupporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactionsLeading and assisting with diligence workstreamsAssisting with deal negotiation with advisorsThe successful candidate will have a background as follows:Associate level professionalCurrently working within strategy consulting, private equity or investment banking,Experience in financial services or business services sectorExcellent communicatorGenuine interest in investingyou will be at the Associate level or similar with probably 4 - 7 years work experience
