The OpportunityAs an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fund’s investment activities across the UK and continental Europe.Your responsibilities will include:Deal Flow Management: Overseeing investment deal flow in residential, hotel, office, and other real estate sectors within the UK.Asset Management: Improving the performance of existing real estate projects through active, hands-on asset management initiatives.Transaction Execution: Assisting in real estate transaction executions on both the sell and buy side.Due Diligence: Conducting pre-eliminatory reviews of prospective project introductions and underwriting selected investment opportunities.Stakeholder Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with legal, commercial, and technical advisors, brokers, leasing agents, asset managers, tenants, and existing investment partners.Disposal Processes: Preparing disposal processes for investments designated for sale.Data Management: Handling project data and actively managing investment processes.Benefits for youYou’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You’ll gain insights that are hard to replicate in a single-country contextIdeal CandidateBachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree in real estate, economics, or business administration.3-5 years of experience in real estate investments or development.A proven track record in real estate and M&A transactions.Investment and portfolio management skills with a good grasp of value-add creation and development principles.Ability to interpret large volumes of raw data swiftly.Experience in investment underwriting, property financing, and understanding key accounting and taxation principles.
