Real Estate Investment AssociateExperience in Real Estate Investment Banking or Real Estate Private Equity£80,000 to £120,000 base (based on experience) + bonusPan-European, multi-asset class inc. 70% alternativesHigher Capital Consulting have partnered with a global mid-cap Private Equity firm working across pan-European real estate transactions with a high-profile leadership team and offering the opportunity to work across the full investment life-cycle.They are looking for an Investment Analyst with 2-4 years' experience at a buy-side real estate investment firm and/or Investment Banking.The right candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, proven expertise in underwriting of real estate transactions, understanding of debt structure, and an excellent academic background.Please note those applying with 2 years' experience and less will not be joining at Associate level.
