Our client, a leading mid-market Investment Bank, who are looking for an IB Associate to join their Industrials & Business Services team in London. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support client engagements. Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and pitch materials. Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Perform industry research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships and manage transaction processes. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field MBA or CFA designation is a plus. 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within the Industrials & Business Services sectors. Previous experience withing M&A, ECM, Corporate Broking, Coverage. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
