The Investment Sales Consultant Role Engage potential investors through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Build rapport, understand investment goals, and provide strategic advice
Guide clients on off-plan property investments, payment structures, and market trends
Present investment opportunities, address inquiries, and negotiate deals
Oversee transaction processes and conduct site visits for clients
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams (Aftersales, Brokers, Solicitors) to enhance client experience
Proactively engage with potential investors, respond promptly to warm leads, and offer tailored recommendations.( Senior ) Mentor and train investment consultants, lead office meetings and presentations in the absence of the Associate Director and provide strategic guidance
( Senior ) Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, negotiating complex transactions for favourable outcomes
The Person Proven sales or client-facing success ( within real estate sector is highly desirable )
Strong consultative selling skills, experience in target-driven roles, and interest in property investment
Resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in platforms like Salesforce and Dropbox
