Investment Director – Growth Buyout Fund, London

THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners is delighted to be working with a leading growth buyout fund that will invest across the UK and Europe, targeting investments of up to £150m across the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software space.

As part of a collegiate team, you’ll be able to hit the ground running, originating and leading on deal execution. Past experience in the sectors they operate in and a network in place will be crucial. The fund is targeting a new fund raise in H1 of 2025 and has a track record of promoting Directors to Partner.

THE ROLE:

1. Origination on new investment opportunities throughout the UK and Europe
2. Leading of deal execution
3. Monitor and evaluate performance of portfolio
4. Understand, articulate and develop investment strategy

THE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Significant Private Equity deal experience, having originated and led deals
2. Experience in the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software space
3. You’ll have the ability to manage junior team members and different stakeholders with maturity and confidence
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
