Investment Portfolio Strategy Associate - Private Equity Manager, Large Cap

Position: Investment Portfolio Strategy Associate, Semi-Liquids We are exclusively working with an established global private equity firm with a focus on secondary markets, the fund is a global leader in its field and manages over 150bn in assets across private equity, credit, infrastructure, and secondaries. Role Summary: The Portfolio Strategy Associate will support the management of a new semi-liquid private equity vehicle. Responsibilities include preparing investment committee materials, portfolio strategy, analysing portfolio performance, portfolio construction, managing cash flow models, and investment analysis for open-ended semi-liquid vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Investment Committee Support: Prepare and analyse portfolio data for decision-making. Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports on portfolio performance, risks, and market conditions. Project Support: Assist in fund launches, investment due diligence, and distribution activities. Model Maintenance: Update and refine cash flow and portfolio construction models. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with treasury, legal, tax, and investor relations teams. Special Projects: Support strategic initiatives and policy updates. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in portfolio management, investment strategy, or financial analysis. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modelling, and private equity performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
