Company:Our client is a privately owned real estate private equity firm focused on European commercial real estate. They have over €11.5 billion AUM and currently raising capital for their new fund, they already have a strong track record over 5 funds. With around 50 professionals across the UK and Europe, they have been acquiring opportunities in single assets, portfolios (office, retail, hotel, residential), refurbishments, developments, and indirect investments like strategic positions in quoted companies and structured products.Role:We are looking for an Investment professional who not only has extensive real estate investment experience but also wants to explore a more investor facing role. This individual will work directly with the Investor Relations/Equity Raising Director to provide technical support across product development, strategy and marketing across all funds.This role will provide the right person with hands on involvement in the capital raising of an initial £1billion fund across Europe and will be maintaining relations with over 120 partners. Responsibilities:Support the launch and strategic planning of new and existing funds and co-investments, including identifying target investors and creating fund launch materials.Collaborate with investment, finance, and legal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials, quarterly investor reports, and other communications.Prepare and attend the annual investor meeting, creating presentation materials.Assist in responding to investor due diligence questionnaires and queries.Coordinate with third-party consultants in Public Relations, ESG, and CRM systems.Develop expertise in the funds and investments.Requirements:Expertise in real estate investment strategies.Experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate investment.Skilled in creating creative and compelling materials for investors, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Proven effective writing ability.Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
