Main purpose of the job:
Support both the ESG and IR team, assisting with ESG policies and procedures and working on the SFDR, PRI and TCFD frameworks. For the IR team you can expect to work across fund reporting, investor engagement and fundraising.
Responsibilities, duties and tasks:
Liaise with corporate brokers on Q&As from existing and potential investors
Track and monitor engagement with current investors, support timely response to ad-hoc investor queries
Support external equity research
Assist with maintaining investor relations calendar, including any annual or periodic reporting requirements and events
Support with organising capital markets day and track conference schedules
Support the function in liaising with PR on RNS statements, investor communications and media strategy
Support in fundraising roadshows, tracking investor feedback and response
Support the preparation of corporate and fundraising documentation and support preparation of interim and annual reports
Manage website documentation (including investor presentation, institutional video, flyer, other required documentation)
Assisting with reports against relevant ESG frameworks (TCFD, SFDR, PRI)
Improving and implementing the manager’s ESG strategy.
Assisting with managing and conducting environmental and social safeguarding due diligence prior to major acquisitions
Incorporate Company ESG requirements and recommendations into applicable internal and investor-related documentation to ensure shareholder understanding of ESG policy.
Monitor the environmental, social and governance performance of the Fund portfolio.

An advanced degree in a related subject
Experience/Knowledge:

Previous experience working with the SFDR, PRI and TCFD frameworks
A working knowledge of the relevant ESG frameworks. (i.e., TCFD, SFDR, PRI)

Exposure to the renewables industry desired
