Investor Relations - Leading Private Equity Placement Agent - Market Leading Progression & Large Bas

A leading Private Equity Placement Agent are looking for an individual to join their high performing investor relations/project management team. My client needs somebody join their lean team in a newly created role and work closely with the distribution/sales team. My client is very selective on the mandates they accept and only work with leading private equity managers and have a 100% success rate. The successful candidate will work in a broad IR & project management remit for the fund's that my client is raising capital for. This will include close collaboration with the private equity manager's internal teams (investment & sales/investor relations), helping the fund create their marketing materials, assisting with the completion of RFPs & DDQs and providing strategic advice to the PE manager where applicable. The role has the opportunity to provide exceptional progression to high performers. The role will provide the successful candidate with high levels of training and exposure to some of the best performing professionals in the private equity space.Candidates should have 4-10 years of client focused roles within a reputable investment bank or Transaction Services divisions of a Big 4 Accounting firm. Rather than set a specific budget, the role will certainly offer the successful hire an attractive step on current base pay and a large % bonus given the firm and the individual perform to a high standard.
